Jaime Vandergrift is an experienced educator, presenter, and conference planner. Her passion lies in instructional technology, innovation, and finding the answers to the questions educators have about moving forward in classrooms today. She believes in the power of being a connected educator and working with others who share the same ideals in education for the overall betterment in the future of education. Jaime is passionate about helping to building tomorrow's classrooms with no contingency on budgets or devices, but rather, making the most of resources schools have, while embracing learning models of today. Jaime is social media chair for GaETC, District Communications Liaison for Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, Executive Board Member of Atlanta Southern Crescent Alumnae Panhellenic Association, Co-Founder of EdTech Women Atlanta, and contributing blogger for reacheverychild.com. She is also a co-host of EduVue, an EdReach Network Live Education Show, found also via podcast in the iTunes store. Jaime is pursuing her EdS degree from the University of West Georgia in Media and Instructional Technology with a focus on Blended Learning models.
Jaime aspires to become an instructional technologist on the Higher Education level. She plans to pursue her EdD after finishing her EdS program in the Spring of 2015.
